Janice Diaz is the founder of Latina Money Guide. She has over 25 years of experience working as a business leader in financial services. Janice spent her career helping companies grow by leading teams, building strategies, and increasing revenues.

Throughout her career, Janice has worked closely with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and investment firms. She saw firsthand how financial information was often confusing, especially for Latinas who faced additional cultural barriers.

As a first-generation American with a Dominican mother and Salvadoran father, Janice personally understands these challenges. That's why she created Latina Money Guide—to combine her business knowledge with her passion for helping Latinas feel confident about money.

Latina Money Guide is not only about financial education. It’s about breaking barriers, rewriting old beliefs about money, and giving Latinas practical tools to build a secure financial future.
