At the heart of Latina Money Guide is Janice Diaz, a seasoned business strategist, writer, and mindset coach with over 25 years of experience in business development and marketing within financial services. For the past decade, she has dedicated herself to financial education, specializing in cross-border financial situations and helping individuals navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and confidence.

As a first-generation American, born to a Dominican mother and a Salvadoran father, Janice’s Latina heritage is deeply woven into her work. She understands firsthand the cultural and systemic barriers that often make financial empowerment feel out of reach for Latinas—and she’s committed to changing that. Through Latina Money Guide, she brings together her expertise and lived experience to provide the knowledge and tools women need to take control of their financial future.
